All of our consultants and construction trainers are appropriately qualified and experienced in the areas in which they operate and are fully covered by Employer’s, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance. In addition we operate an internal training policy including attendance at conferences & seminars and membership of the relevant professional bodies to ensure that all of our people are fully up to date with current knowledge, legislation, and best practice in their field.

1. We only ever agree to do work that we’re qualified and fully competent to do! This is our first and most important guarantee! This ensures we continue to deliver on time every time to the highest professional and ethical standards.

2. When you call us you can expect a friendly and courteous reply and we will explain straight away if we can provide you with service. Depending on the nature of your enquiry we’ll either be able to proceed straight away or one of our consultants or trainers will call you back at an agreed time to discuss in more detail. We will always call you back at a time convenient to you or if needs be, visit you at your office for a free initial consultation.

3. After the initial free consultation we will provide you with details of the service we can provide and costs should you wish to proceed. For any reviews, on completion within 5 working days of the full review we will provide a detailed written report with recommendations under 3 categories: Necessary under law, highly recommended, & merely desirable. It is then up to you as to which recommendations you wish to implement, in what order and whether or not you wish us to provide assistance with all or any part of them.

FACTS

• You are under no obligation to use our services any further after the full review but we will provide options together with quotes for any of our services which may help to achieve your improvements. In addition we will highlight any free sources of information, advice or support that may be available within your area.

• These reviews are competitively priced and vary according to the size and complexity of your organisation. Please contact us for information on our current fees for reviews.

• Advice and other assistance are normally charged on an hourly rate depending on the consultant’s charge out rate. Please contact us for information on our current rates.

• As part of our own corporate responsibility policy we offer discounted rates to small firms (under 25 employees) within the voluntary sector and also to community groups. Please contact us for eligibility details and information on our current rates.
